Having recently joined North Kesteven I can tell you that this is a forward looking and ambitious council which is keen to achieve  its key priorities over the next few years.

We want to continue to deliver against our ambitions of regeneration, housing growth and commercialism and we are also the focus of 6 Nationally Strategic Infrastructure projects including a new reservoir. Our green thread runs through everything we do and we are keen to meet our climate change ambitions.

We are looking for someone who has past experience in some or all of the key services in the directorate, has operated at a senior level, is a corporate player, an inspiring leader, and can help members turn their visions into reality. If you are passionate about place and delivery then we want to hear from you.
